Day 1

Welcome to TAIWAN!

Ni Hao! Greet and meet at the airport by your local guide! Drive to the vibrant capital city, Taipei. You will visit the city landmark, Taipei 101 Tower, the tallest building in the world till early 2010 as a photo stop (admission to the 89th floor Observatory Deck, US$20 per pax, is NOT included due to the unpredictable weather condition). You’ll visit the hustle bustle Ximending shopping area, and buy gifts for yourself and your loved ones. Check in the hotel and refresh.

Day 2

Taipei

After breakfast, today you’ll visit the classic Taipei attractions: Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, the eye-catching grand building itself is not only a memorial hall for the late president of Taiwan, but also a complex of National Theater, National Concert Hall and the “backyard garden” of Taipei citizens. We’ll also see the guard’s changing here. Continue to Lungshan Temple, where has been guarding the local people since 1738. The architecture details are so beautiful and elegant and worthy a good visit. Photo stop at Presidential Office. In the afternoon visit Danshui Harbor Town and take a motor boat ride and enjoy the river view and sunset. After dinner, visit the famous Shilin Night Market (1 hour) and see a part of the local night life.

Day 3

Taipei / Northern Coast

Today after breakfast, this morning you’ll head for the scenic Northern East Coast. Visit Yehliu Geo Park, which is “the closest look to Mars”, according to CNN. The park is famous for the bizarre rock formation formed by sea and wind abrasion, such as the Queen’s Head, the mushroom rocks, etc. Onward to Jiufen Village, where you will be able to enjoy the greenery and the old street (bargain shopping, delicious local little eats). Your guide will also lead you to walk through the crooked yet charming lanes and introduce the history and the charm of this village. Continue to Shifen Village, you’ll visit Shifen Waterfall and the greenery around you. Move to the rail area where you’ll use Chinese brush pen to write your wishes on the sky lantern (4 pax sharing a huge lantern) wish your dreams come true.

Day 4

Taipei – Sun Moon Lake – Taichung

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Today you’ll drive to the center of Taiwan and visit the scenic Sun Moon Lake. Visit the local landmark, Wen Wu Temple and see the lake view from high above. Take the cable car overlooking the beautiful lake view, and visit Formosan Aboriginal Village. Get to know the local aboriginal tribe’s life style and culture. Also enjoy the amusement park facilities. Dinner in the local Indian restaurant. Check in the hotel and refresh. Rest of the night is free on your own.

Day 5

Sun Moon Lake – Tainan – Kaohsiung

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you’ll drive to the first capital city of Taiwan: Tainan. Visit Anping area (crooked Aping Old Street). Then drive to visit Chihkan Tower and Tainan Confucius Temple. Though carry the word “Temple”, Tainan Confucius Temple was actually the first public school in Taiwan. Take photo stop at CHIMEI Museum. (Entrance ticket is NOT included, at your own expense, about USD$12 per pax) It is a comprehensive museum with wide collections of Western art, musical instruments, weaponry and natural history. There are permanent exhibition galleries, one temporary exhibition gallery and sculpture halls in the main building. As a museum for all, we hope our visitors will enjoy and cherish these timeless. Then drive to Kaohsiung. Check in the hotel and refresh.

Day 6

Kaohsiung – Taipei

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel & check out. Today you will visit the Kaohsiung highlights: Dragon & Tiger Pagoda; Spring & Autumn Pavilion; Pier-2 Creative Park; Buddhist Memorial Hall and see the Giant Buddha Statue. Then, drive back to Taipei. Check-in to the hotel, rest of the night is free and easy on your own.

Taipei – Tokyo

After breakfast, check out and drive to airport & catch your flight to JAPAN!

Arrival in Tokyo – the capital of Japan! Upon arrival, freshen up at the airport & meet with our representative at arrival hall. From airport, drive to Odaiba and see Rainbow Bridge & Odaiba Statue of Liberty. On the way, pass by Tokyo Tower. Check-in at hotel post dinner.

Day 8

Tokyo

After breakfast, visit Asakusa Temple & then enjoy some free time at Nakamise dori souvenior shopping street. Take a photo stop at Tokyo SkyTree. Later after lunch, continue Tokyo sightseeing and visit Metropolitan government building. Later spend time on Kabukicho for 3D board and then proceed towards Shibuya Crossing. Take a photo stop at Imperial Palace – main residence of the Emperor of Japan. If time permits, enjoy some free time for shopping and then proceed for dinner.

Day 9

Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Nagoya

Day 10

Nagoya - Hiroshima - Osaka

After breakfast, proceed to railway station and enjoy an exciting Bullet Train journey to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. At Hiroshima, visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Atomic Bomb Dome). After lunch, proceed to Osaka by road.

Day 11

Osaka - Kobe

After breakfast, today we visit Kobe - known for its signature marbled beef and scenic setting of mountains framing the harbor. Visit Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum & listen to survivors talk about their experiences with the Kobe Earthquake, or participate in a disaster management seminar given by researchers. After Lunch, visit Kobe Mosaic Garden.
Later proceed back to Osaka and enjoy free time at Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. Thereafter proceed back to your hotel post dinner.

Day 12

Osaka - Kyoto - Nara

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kyoto. Upon arrival at Kyoto, enjoy guided Kyoto city sightseeing tour and visit Kinkaku-ji temple & Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Later, drive to Nara. At Nara, visit Nara deer park and Tōdai-ji temple. Lastly, proceed back to Osaka.

Day 13

Osaka - Seoul

Day 14

Seoul

After breakfast, start your Seoul itinerary by exploring one you’ll find one of Korea’s most revered traditional villages – Bukchon Hanok Village. This 600-year old village dates back to the Joseon Dynasty and lies on top of a hill between three of the city’s most important landmarks – Gyeongbok Palace, Changdeok Palace, and Jongmyo Royal Shrine. Besides the excellent views, you can enjoy over the city, Bukchon is also the perfect place for a relaxing walkabout and, more importantly, a great way to get a closer look at traditional Korean houses, called hanok. When visiting here, though, please remember to be respectful at all times. After lunch, visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty. Later visit Mt. Namsan – Seoul’s most iconic backdrop and a popular spot for hikers and tourists alike. At 262 meters high, this mountain peak is undoubtedly one of the best places to get a bird’s eye view of the cityscape. The park covers an extensive area and is home to many attractions such as Baekbeom Square, the Namsan Cable Car, and Namsan Seoul Tower, to name just a few.

Day 15

Seoul – DMZ Tour

Today after breakfast, tour the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and understand the history and highlights of this important strip of land that separates North and South Korea. Established in 1953 after the Korean War, the DMZ includes key sites such as the Freedom Bridge, 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, Imjingak Park, DMZ Museum and Dora Observatory. Return back to Seoul in afternoon and day free for shopping and leisure at Itaewon and Namdaemun Market after lunch.

Day 17

Busan

After breakfast, today make your way over to the Oryukdo Skywalk Bridge in Nam-gu. It’s a stunning natural peninsula where you can reconnect with the natural wonder of this fascinating country. Then proceed to Songdo Bay Station to enjoy a cable car ride from Songnim Park to Songdo Sky Park. After lunch, visit Gamcheon Culture Village, a small village built on the foothill of a mountain facing the harbour and ocean. Then visit, the Haedong Yonggunsa Temple, without a doubt one of the best Busan tourist spots. It is a rare kind of temple which you won’t find anywhere else in Korea. Yonggunsa is a stunning temple build along the Busan coast line.

Day 18

Busan

After breakfast, visit Busan’s most famous beach – the Haeundae Beach. It is a white sand beach, around 1.5 kilometers long and lies around a shallow bay, which makes this the perfect beach for swimming in summer. Then visit, Dongbaek Island (or Dongbaekseom) located on the extreme right end of the famous Haeundae Beach in Busan. Then visit Dalmajigil Road, which one should definitely not miss when visiting Haeundae. Dalmajigil, a hilly road from Mipo at the end of Haeundae to Songjeong Beach, is a place for healing in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city by absorbing oneself in meditation and relaxation. One can see the clear blue sky and the azure sea in the fall season.

No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 1,00,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.
General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.Only the two pieces of baggage is allowed Check In & Hand Baggage (1pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to space availability& will be at an additional cost for excess baggage & will be at an additional cost for excess baggage.Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.
The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs to 4hrs
Lunch and Dinner on 1st and last day of the tour are provided by Neem Holidays in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination in morning before 10 am or leaves destination at night after 11pm respectively.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

But we actually don't want you to see this - We believe you deserve holidays..
Cancellation done by/ for/ due to:
Guest cancels the tour due to any personal reason:
After booking guest may have any personal reason like non sanction of leave, exam postponement, illness, family emergency etc. which leads to cancellation of their tour/ package.
Date of the cancellation request email sent by the guest (unless decision withheld or changed), will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
Considering the safety of the tourists, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is compelled to postpone/ reschedule the tour under force majeure situation or due to uncontrollable factors at the destination, however guest/s do not wish to continue and cancel the tour:
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel/ postpone/ re-schedule any tour under force majeure situation like natural calamity, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activities, political unrest, curfews, local riots, government orders etc. or uncontrollable factors like airline operation/ schedule change, disruption due to political/ sports/ local/ VIP event etc. at the destination considering the safety of the tourists.
Under any such force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, no refund - fully or partially will be applicable. As refund is not applicable, guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour. If there is any price difference for the future tour, guests will have to pay the same before the tour departure.
To reschedule the tour in force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will send the request to all the concerned associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. for their cooperation and assistance in postponement of the services. In case these associates are not in a positon to consider the request, then actual cancellation charges may apply.
If guest wants to change the destination, then decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. Such a decision will require time and will be given as early as possible. If the selected tour’s price is more, then guest will have to pay the difference before the tour departure. In case the tour price is less, then the remaining amount will be kept in a credit shell with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.. No refund is applicable for the credit shell.
Guest cancels the tour due to non-acceptance of change in itinerary/ service:
For the betterment of the itinerary or under unforeseen situation, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to add/ delete/ exchange the sightseeing place/s or any other service and on this ground guest will not be able to withdraw from the tour.
In this case if the additional sightseeing or service requires extra charge then it will have to be paid by the guest.
If any guest is not willing to accept the said change, then guest will have to cancel the tour and cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to visa rejection/ delay:
Rejection/ delay of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand cancelled without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.
Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates and Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the same.
If visa is not granted even for the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa application.
If no intimation of visa (granted/ rejected) is received from the respective consulate/ embassy before the tour departure, then it is considered as deemed cancellation and cancellation charge will be applicable.
In case of ‘group booking’, if visa of an individual in a group is rejected or delayed and the rest of the group cancels the tour then cancellation charges as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy shall be applicable to the entire group.
When visa is received from consulate, it’s copy is sent to the guest via email by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd., however sometimes consulates dispatch the passports directly to the guest’s residence. In both the cases it is the responsibility of the guest to check the visa sticker/visa copy and verify that the personal details and visa validity is accurate. Due to any incorrect details, if the immigration office does not allow the guest to leave or enter the country, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any refund / losses / consequences.
In certain cases, where air ticket/ visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, there along with regular tour cancellation charges, additional actual charges on account of air/visa fees will be applicable.
Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to the non-payment of partial/ full tour price:
Guest is required to pay full tour price at the time of booking/ 60 days/ 45 days prior to the tour departure date. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification from the guest and forfeit the paid amount.
In such case, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.’s cancellation notice date will be treated as the deemed cancellation date and cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy.
Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to ‘No show’ or absence on Day 1 of the tour:
If any guest fails to join the tour on day one, it is termed as ‘No Show’ and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
All services will stand cancelled and 100% cancellation charges will be applicable, unless the guest notifies Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. about joining the same tour later at their own expense.
Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s tour stands cancelled due to discontinuation from ongoing tour:
If Guest discontinues/ terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. team will assist the guest to book the required services, however all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the guest immediately in advance.
Single (Solo) Guest sharing a room with other guest, cancels the tour:
Single guest should ideally book on speciality tours such as Women's Special/ Seniors Special/ Adventure Special etc., where Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. guarantees a room partner and guest saves on the single occupancy charge.
If a single guest is travelling alone on a regular tour, then s/he will have to pay single occupancy charge. If s/he gets a room partner for the tour and shares the twin/ double room for all tour days, then the single occupancy charge will be refunded to the guest within 10 working days of tour completion.
In case of cancellation by one of the room sharing partners, no refund of single occupancy charge is applicable.
In all the above situations, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:
Cancellation received number of days prior to Tour Departure - Cancellation Fee applicable on Net Tour Price (per person)
D-01 to 30 - 100%
D-31 to 60 - 50%
D-61 to 90 - 25%
D-91 to 365 - Cancellation of the booking amount and the remaining amount as a credit note.
The above cancellation charges include various direct and indirect expenses incurred for preparation and operation of the tour.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the tour price or the cancellation charge.
Any refund payable to the guest as per the Cancellation Policy will be paid within 10 working days of receiving the final confirmation of cancellation request from the guest.
Cancellation of the tour by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.:
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any group tour/ package due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour. In such case, cancellation of tour shall be communicated to the guest on their registered email/ telephone/ sms.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the guest on their own.
A guest willing to take any other tour can do so in consultation with the respective Travel Advisor. Excess / short payment, if any for the new tour will be refunded/ collected, to/ from the guest.
Right of Admission and Termination:
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny any booking or cancel the accepted booking of any guest without divulging any reason or giving any justification.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the tour of any guest while on tour if the guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves/ create nuisance to the co-passengers/ Tour Manager/ coach captain/ local citizens/ officials etc. Under such circumstance guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable.
Transfer of Tour:
If guests wish to transfer their original tour to a new tour for any reason, then such transfer is treated as cancellation of the original tour and hence a fresh booking of the new tour has to be made. Cancellation charges will apply on the net tour price of the original tour. For the new tour, prevailing tour price and discounts will be applicable.
If guests wish to transfer the tour, they will have to communicate in writing to the Travel Advisor. Such requests will be accepted subject to availability.
Merging of Tours:
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to merge two or multiple tours when there is inadequate participation of the guests in a single tour or for any operational reason. Seat allocation in the coach will happen as per the booking date priority of the merged tours.
Refund:
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable to the guest in case of cancellation, transfer or amendment of the tour. Refund is calculated on the basis of various factors such as the cancellation date, reduction in tour capacity, contractual agreement and cancellation policies of associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. The decision given by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on the quantum of refund according to the Cancellation Policy.
As per GOI regulations any refund from Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. for both, Indian or International tours will be paid only in Indian rupees by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS, even if guest has made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.
Refund is always processed in the name of the family head marked on the booking form or in case of ad-hoc/corporate group it may be in the name of the institution/company who has made the payment on behalf of the group.
Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.
Convenience Charge for the payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Transfer etc., is non-refundable.
Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on guest’s registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.
In case of force majeure/ uncontrollable situation Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to levy non-refundable ‘tour transfer charge’ or ‘service charge’ for standalone service.
For FIT/Customized packages, Holiday Design Fee charged at the time of enquiry is non-refundable in case guests do not book the holiday with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd..
When tour price includes visa fee and if consulate/ VFS/ embassy procedure requires visa fee payment directly by the guest, then visa fee reduction will be given at the time of booking or will be refunded within 7 working days of submission of visa payment receipt by the guest.
When tour price includes visa fee and guest holds a valid visa for the tour, they are required to submit the visa copy at the time of booking to avail the reduction of the visa fee. In case of unforeseen circumstances if tour reschedules then guest will have to get the visa done according to the new schedule and bear the costs of the same.
